About this venue
The Alte Brauerei is a socio-cultural youth and culture centre in Annaberg-Buchholz in the Erzgebirge, run by a non-profit association since 1992. The town describes it as known well beyond the region for concerts and cabaret. It holds about 400 and stages 50–60 concerts a year, mainly metal, punk and rock (including tribute shows), plus theatre, cabaret, readings and parties at weekends and youth and media workshops during the week.
