About this venue
The Alte Schlosserei is a former workshop hall from the 1950s on the company site of Energieversorgung Offenbach AG (EVO) on Andréstraße, where metal was once filed, milled and hammered. EVO has converted it into an event location that combines industrial character with modern event technology, with room for up to 400 guests. It is let for conferences, meetings and seminars, and also hosts concerts, readings, film screenings and other cultural events; on request EVO helps with catering, hall furnishing and light and sound.
Since early 2015 the hall has been home to "Kino Kulinarisch", a film series with food that moved here from the Offenbach Ledermuseum; its next screening is on 30 October 2026. Because of demolition work on the EVO campus, visitors have not been able to park on the site since April 2025 and use the nursery car park on Andréstraße opposite the EVO main entrance or the area beside the Nordring multi-storey car park instead, about eight minutes' walk away.
