About this venue
The BIX Jazzclub opened in 2006 in the Gustav-Siegle-Haus on Leonhardsplatz and has become a meeting point for Stuttgart's jazz scene, hosting local musicians alongside international acts. DownBeat magazine has listed it among the 50 best jazz clubs worldwide, and the club has received public awards for its cultural work.
It presents more than 200 live concerts a year — mainly jazz, but also soul, funk, rock, hip hop and electronic music — and runs a cocktail bar. The club opens in the evenings from 7 pm. Wheelchair seating is available.
