Council-owned seafront green space on Hove's promenade, run as a licensed outdoor event ground by Brighton & Hove City Council's Outdoor Events Office. Used for the start of the Pride parade and Pride afterparty sets, the Brighton Half Marathon start/finish, and city-wide festival overspill events.
