Introducing Contracts

Contracts is a brand new feature that allows our Event and Venue customers to create, issue and approve event-specific contracts directly from the system. Build a contract using a template blocks for key elements such as:

• Event metadata

• Room booking details

• Invoice and cost elements

• Event timings

• Custom terms and conditions

• Signature fields

• Logos and branding

Once a template is built, easily add it to an event and experience all event specific details magically merged to the contract. No manual editing, no formatting required. Just hit preview and download and you're ready to get your contract signed. Plus you can create as many templates as you need.
