About this venue
Brogatan describes itself as a bistro and bar that aims to enrich Malmö's cultural scene. Its 2026 calendar lists well over a hundred events: live bands (country, rock and instrumental), DJ nights, weekly Humorbaren stand-up and improv evenings, readings with open stage, film screenings and club takeovers. It is open Tuesday to Thursday 16:00 to 23:00 and Friday to Saturday 16:00 to 01:00, with a Mediterranean-leaning kitchen and a wine list. Brogatan also offers off-site catering and package deals of PA sound, lighting and DJ equipment; enquiries go to its booking address. No room capacity or hire terms for the bistro itself are published.
