About this venue
The Bürgerhaus Weserterrassen, run by Bürgerhaus Weserterrassen e.V., calls itself one of the most successful cultural centres in Bremen. Its Saal, with a view of the Weser, is the main event room, used regularly for concerts, theatre, dance events, talks and readings, and it can be rented for larger meetings and conferences. The Clubraum below has its own bar and direct access to the beer garden, and there are three seminar rooms and a Veranda that is the centre of the seniors' meeting centre.
The programme on its website includes the monthly over-30s party Jungbrunnen, the Jazz & More series with concerts such as the JazzInvaders big band on 4 November 2026, theatre guest performances and courses. The Café Weserterrassen caters for private celebrations and has a summer terrace for 250 people facing the river.
