Caribbean Dutchpot is a family-run Caribbean restaurant and cocktail bar at 7 Abington Square in Northampton town centre, serving Jamaican dishes such as jerk chicken and curry goat alongside tropical cocktails. Alongside regular dining it runs ticketed food-and-music nights. Recent examples include reggae brunches with a live singer and a local DJ, and an all-you-can-eat buffet with a live show by the covers duo New Harmony.
The venue takes private bookings for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, hen parties and corporate gatherings. An events coordinator handles custom menus and decor, and music comes from the in-house sound system or a DJ at extra cost. Bookings are confirmed with a deposit. The restaurant also offers outside Caribbean catering. St Michael's multi-storey car park is close by.
