About this venue

The Cunard Building is the centre one of Liverpool's Three Graces on the Pier Head waterfront, built 1914-17 as the headquarters of the Cunard Line and Grade II* listed. It is owned by Liverpool City Council and let to public and private sector tenants, among them the British Music Experience and RIBA North, and it is used as a performance and exhibition venue, including by DaDaFest.

A conference suite on the sixth floor is let both to occupiers of the building and to the wider business community, on a daily, half-day, evening or weekly basis and at weekends subject to confirmation with the building staff. Every room carries presentation equipment, and a kitchen supports light refreshments, buffet lunches or evening receptions for up to 75 people. Listings name a Banquet Suite, a Queen Mary Room, a Board Room and a Cunard Room, but the capacities published alongside them are not consistent enough in their layout labels to record as bookable capacities here. The building's own website, cunardbuilding.com, has been taken down and now answers only "This site is no longer available", so enquiries go through the building's staff.
