About this venue
Far i Hatten is one of the oldest buildings in Folkets Park, built in 1892, and is run by a private operator as a restaurant and bar open year-round. The kitchen bakes pizza in wood-fired ovens and the park-side terrace is the main summer draw. Evenings and weekends bring music and culture on its stage and dance floor (outdoors in summer, indoors in winter), usually with free entry and DJs from around 22:00 until closing; the venue also invites musicians to get in touch about playing. It also hosts quizzes, markets and ticketed wine dinners. No capacity or formal room-hire terms are published, so this is best treated as a small bar venue for informal gigs and club nights rather than a hire space.
