About this venue
The Jahnstadion Regensburg in Graß opened in July 2015 as the city's new football stadium and home ground of SSV Jahn Regensburg, after a city council decision in 2011; it was called Continental Arena and later Arena Regensburg before taking its current name in 2020. It holds 15,000 spectators, covers an area of about 150,000 square metres, and is operated by das Stadtwerk.Regensburg. Beyond match days it hosts about 320 business events a year, from meetings to events with several thousand guests.
For hire, Businessclub 1 on the first floor covers 1,000 square metres for up to 950 guests with a view of the pitch and a balcony, its side room takes 332 plus a 225-person foyer, and Businessclub 2 on the second floor takes 180 with its own catering area; three boxes take 25 to 28. The stadium also runs its own events, such as a Schafkopf tournament, children's theatre and a public viewing, and since 2023 open-air concerts on the car-park site beside it (the P3): around 12,000 visitors saw four concerts in June 2023, and about 20,000 saw TREAM, Wincent Weiss and ZZ Top in July 2026.
