About this venue
Leeds Irish Centre is a community, performance and cultural venue on York Road, east of Leeds city centre. Established in 1970, it runs a members' club alongside a public programme of live music, comedy, quiz nights, bingo, dances and family events, and it is the base for the city's St Patrick's Day celebrations.
Five suites are available for hire. The Tara Suite is the largest, air conditioned with a full lighting rig, a large stage and a starlight curtain; the Claddagh Room also has a full rig, a large stage and two bars. The Avoca Suite, the Davitt Bar and the recently refurbished O'Meara Suite serve smaller events. There is on-site parking.
