Meadowbank Sports Centre
Edinburgh Leisure's rebuilt sports centre on London Road, opened in 2022 on the site of the old Meadowbank Stadium, with a six-court sports hall and outdoor pitches.
About this venue
Meadowbank Sports Centre reopened in 2022, replacing the 1970 Commonwealth Games stadium that stood on the site. It is run by Edinburgh Leisure and contains a large multi-court sports hall, gym, studios, a climbing and bouldering wall, an athletics track and outdoor 3G pitches.
The main hall is used for indoor sport and competition and, as at Edinburgh Leisure's other venues, is bookable for events and hire.
