About this venue
Nefertiti is a concert room, restaurant, bar and club on Hvitfeldtsplatsen near Grönsakstorget in central Gothenburg, with a history going back to 1978. It began as a jazz club and its calendar now mixes jazz, soul, hip hop, funk, blues, rock, pop and indie with world music, club nights and a vinyl listening bar called Jazz Kissa. Seated concerts reserve a table automatically, standing concerts have a small number of bookable high tables, and food can be ordered before and during the show. When it has no events of its own the room can be hired for parties, company events and other arrangements; the venue quotes a price after receiving the date, times and type of event. The summer terrace extends the total capacity considerably.
