About this venue
Plumpton Racecourse is a National Hunt (jump) racing venue on Plumpton Lane near Lewes, hosting around 16 race meetings a season from September to May on its one-mile circuit beneath the South Downs. Beyond racing, it operates as a large events venue with restaurants, bars, hospitality suites, a marquee and an outdoor "Centre Course" area, hosting weddings, corporate events, parties, proms, exhibitions, camping events and filming.
