About this venue
Pulse is a late-night LGBTQ+ nightclub at 3 Churchill Way in central Cardiff, describing itself as "an iconic venue, forming a mainstay of Cardiff's nightlife" over two decades. It runs club nights with resident and guest DJs and states that it is "a proud LGBTQ+ Safe Space".
The club was refitted in 2025 with interactive LED lighting, a new DJ box and enlarged staging. It is open 11pm to 5am on Fridays and Saturdays, and is operated as part of the Canal Quarter group alongside The Exchange, Burgel Bros, The Kings, The Dock Feeder and The Cardiff Arms.
