About this venue
Revolver sits in Møllergata in central Oslo, a bar and live music room that programmes concerts several nights a week. The bill runs heavily to rock in its louder and more underground forms: garage and psych (Black Market Karma, Ulrika Spacek, Nix & The Nothings, Cherry Cinema), punk and post-punk (Tramhaus, Upploppet, The Howlers), metal and black metal — the Orgivm Satanicvm series brings in acts like Ultra Silvam and Gryla, alongside Bombus, Mass Worship and Vexmortem — plus alt-country and singer-songwriter nights with the likes of J.TEX and The Bobby Tenderloin Universe, and DJ sets. Both Norwegian acts and touring bands from Sweden, the UK and the Netherlands play here regularly.
Tickets are sold through TicketCo, and the venue also sells gift cards.
The door is 20+ with compulsory ID and no guardian scheme, without exception. Revolver opens at 20:00 on Mondays, 18:00 Tuesday to Thursday and on Sundays, and 16:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, closing at 03:30 every night with last service at 03:00.
