Main hall
The main auditorium, first opened in 1933 and renovated in 2020, named after the Sarpsborg-born jazz guitarist Robert Normann. The lower amphitheatre section is telescopic and can be retracted to open the floor, there is an orchestra pit of about 90 m², and the acoustics are adjustable.
540 seated per the venue's hire pages; the About page gives 534. Standing capacity varies with the telescopic seating retracted and is not published.
Bar / club stage
A bar with its own small stage, open during events in the main hall and also running its own concerts. Historical photographs recall the building's past as Folkets Hus.
Gallery
The gallery, showing the municipal art collection and rotating exhibitions by local and regional artists including Sarpsborg Kunstforening, and used as a meeting room by local organisations.
