Built in the 1980s and reopened in December 2022 after a period of closure, it is served by a long bar across one room on three levels, with a games area holding two pool tables and two dartboards, and a large beer garden.
It trades as the Silver Spur; CAMRA records "Winning Post" as its previous name. CAMRA lists live music among its facilities, and the pub is known for live bands and DJs at weekends.
