Southport Bijou Cinema is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit community cinema, arts venue and bar in a refurbished 1894 house on Post Office Avenue. Its raked auditorium shows classics, independent and world cinema, and the upstairs room is used for arts events and parties. Alongside film it runs a weekly Screen Club film school, a monthly live stand-up night and a Sunday acoustic music group.
Part or all of the building is available for hire.

"Capacity: 75" per My Community Cinema's directory entry, which also describes "a raked auditorium and an Optoma 8000-lumens projector with surround sound". The operator's own site returns HTTP 200 with zero text, so this figure is a national community-cinema directory's, not the operator's.
