About this venue
St Helen's Rugby and Cricket Ground is a historic sports venue in Swansea, owned by the City and County of Swansea Council, home to Swansea RFC since the ground opened in 1873 and to Swansea Cricket Club until 2025. It was the venue for Wales's first-ever home rugby international in 1882, hosts the annual Swansea and West Wales Cricket Festival, and its grounds are hired for weddings, engagements, birthdays and christenings.
