St Mary's in the Lace Market, formally the Church of St Mary the Virgin, is the oldest Christian foundation in Nottingham and the largest mediaeval building in the city. Alongside worship it hires its nave for concerts, gala dinners, exhibitions, conferences and receptions, with around 8,000 square feet of level floor, flexible seating, underfloor heating and lighting and sound systems.

The same page's prose says "up to 400 guests seated for a gala dinner or 500 for a concert", so the 500 concert figure contradicts the table's 350 theatre; the structured table has been recorded and the contested concert figure refused.
