About this venue
Stadshallen is the City of Lund's town hall, a triangular building by architect Klas Anshelm that opened in 1968 and has since been renovated. It is where Lund's council meets, and it also works as a public meeting place for culture, art and talks, with free-entry events such as talks and a book fair. The Konsertsalen seats 369 downstairs and 81 in the balcony (450 in total, or 110 in school seating) and suits concerts, stand-up, meetings and conferences. Amfi is a 120-seat half-amphitheatre room on the second floor, and Botulfshörnan is a small ground-floor stage with a piano and PA that holds about 80 seated or 150 for a mingle, free to public-event organisers. Nine rooms are available including two 16-person meeting rooms; the concert hall and Amfi have hearing loops and lifts. Bookings go through the municipality's booking address.
