About this venue
Stretford Public Hall is a Victorian civic hall on Chester Road, given to the town by John Rylands in 1878 and now owned and run by the community through Friends of Stretford Public Hall. It operates as a community arts centre hosting concerts, family events, film screenings and festivals.
Five rooms are available for hire. The Ballroom takes up to 200 people; the Old Library and the Underhall each take 60, the Rylands Room 50, and the Foyer 40. Rooms are booked through the hall's own online booking platform.
