Sunny Bank Mills

Sunny Bank Mills is a former worsted textile mill in Farsley, west Leeds, founded in 1829 and redeveloped since 2010 as a creative site for business, arts and heritage. It houses an art gallery, a textile and local-history archive and museum, artist studios, shops and cafes.

The site runs a year-round public programme of exhibitions, workshops, heritage tours, Open Studios and seasonal markets. Event spaces include the Gallery and the 1912 Mill, whose first floor hosts the Christmas Market and craft and print fairs. Several independent venues trade on the site under their own names, including The Old Woollen and Cargo Wines. No capacity figures are published.
