Named for its “out-of-the-way” location and unassuming appearance, Tavern at the End of the World holds on to the life of its rather post-apocalyptic inhabitance. It has an open mic at Wednesday at 8 p.m. and hosts a variety of local bands and musicians, usually playing Americana, country and acoustic sets.
