The Gate is an arts and community centre in Roath, Cardiff, housed in a converted chapel on Keppoch Street. It runs a year-round programme of touring music, comedy and spoken word alongside community classes, workshops and exhibitions, and the building is regularly hired for events.
Recent and forthcoming bookings include The Courettes, Devin Townsend, Grace Petrie, Josie Long & Robin Ince and Melin Melyn for Cardiff Music City Festival. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm; performances are ticketed separately.
