About this venue
The Globe is a live music venue on Albany Road in Roath, Cardiff, housed in a converted cinema and running as a venue since 2008. The room is wider than it is deep and has a standing floor plus a balcony, and it is a regular stop on the UK touring circuit for alternative, indie, rock, metal, world and electronic acts, as well as club nights and comedy.
The venue is operated by TEG Venues and is open on event nights rather than to fixed daily hours.
