The Great Hall is Lancaster University's flagship flat-floored hall, at the north end of the campus near the Jack Hylton Music Rooms box office. It has been home to the Lancaster Concerts classical series since 1969, run today by Lancaster Arts, alongside touring and cultural events programmed by the university and external hirers. Outside term time it is hired out by Lancaster University Conferences and Events for grand openings, award ceremonies, keynote talks and graduations.

Flat-floored hall, 31.1m long by 21.9m wide by 8.1m high, with wooden flooring and no natural daylight.
