About this venue
The Harold Pinter Theatre stands on Panton Street, just off the Haymarket. It opened in 1881 as the Royal Comedy Theatre, was known for most of its life as the Comedy Theatre, and was renamed in 2011 in honour of the playwright Harold Pinter, many of whose plays it staged.
It seats 796 across four levels — stalls, dress circle, royal circle and balcony — and is owned and operated by ATG Entertainment.
