The Met is an arts centre and live music venue in Bury town centre, housed in the Grade II listed Derby Hall. It programmes live music, comedy, theatre and spoken word across two performance spaces, and both are available for private hire.
The main auditorium, Derby Hall, retains its original neo-classical features. The Box is a smaller studio room used for acoustic and emerging-artist shows. The building also holds a recording studio and a restaurant, Fratelli at The Met.

A music-hall layout of half seated (up to 145) and half standing (up to 150) is also offered.
Studio
Smaller studio performance space used for acoustic and full-band shows.
Standing capacity is up to 120 for solo/acoustic or up to 100 for a full band set-up.
