About this venue

The Speech House is a 17th-century hunting lodge built in 1669 for King Charles II, set in the Royal Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. Now an independently owned hotel with 2 AA Rosettes, it also serves as the working courtroom of the Forest of Dean Verderers. It hosts weddings, civil ceremonies and private dining across several historic function rooms.
