About this venue
Established in 1982 and run by Lancaster University Students' Union, The Sugarhouse has grown into the biggest nightclub in Lancaster, drawing most of the city's student population alongside a calendar of touring DJs and artists including Danny Howard, Sigala, Rudimental, Shy FX and Fuse ODG.
The venue splits into the Main Room and Front Room, each individually bookable, with a raised stage/DJ platform in the Main Room, five bars, step-free access and a cloakroom.
