Urmston Sports Club - formally the Urmston Cricket, Hockey, Bowls, Tennis and Social Club - occupies a large ground off Moorside Road in Davyhulme. Members play cricket, hockey, tennis, bowls, croquet, softball and football across ten tennis courts and the surrounding pitches and greens.
The social side is a clubhouse with a bar showing sport and a games room with table tennis and pool. The function room is let out for private parties, celebrations and regular meetings, and the club runs a dedicated venue-hire enquiry line.
