About this venue

Waterloo Music Bar is a live-music pub on Waterloo Road, formerly the Waterloo Hotel, adjoining the now-unused Waterloo Bowling Club. It runs gigs most weekends year-round, covering funk, soul, jazz, blues, punk, indie, rock and metal, and has hosted acts including Buckcherry, Phil Campbell and Terrorvision. It was named Best Music Venue in the UK by Planet Rock Radio in 2020.

The room holds a stage with professional lighting and a PA system, and a full bar. Entry charges apply on live-music nights; tickets are sold online and at the bar.
