About this venue
Whitespace is an independent gallery and event space at 76 East Crosscauseway in Edinburgh's Southside, run by artist Leigh Chorlton. It is a single white-box room of roughly 7.7m by 9.6m with a 3m ceiling, skylights, a concrete floor and a large street-facing window that can be blacked out, plus a small kitchen area and an enclosed courtyard at the back.
The space is hired throughout the year for exhibitions, live performance, workshops, classes and meetings, and programmes shows during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
