Crescat and VIKIN announce partnership with time-saving integration for Festivals and their attendees
We're delighted to announce that Crescat has partnered with VIKIN, an innovator in mobile apps for outdoor events, to unveil a powerful integration that allows festivals to seamlessly connect their event production data directly with their offline-first VIKIN mobile app that attendees love.
This strategic partnership provides festivals, conferences and large-scale events with the ability to push their Crescat data - covering line-up changes, artist profiles, venues, and more - to the attendee-facing mobile experience, provided by VIKIN.
The goal of the integration is simple: eliminate manual data entry; ensure organisers have control of publishing event schedules and empower attendees with the most accurate, up-to-date information - that’s personalised based on the location on site and time of day. Festival and event organisers can trust Crescat’s robust, intuitive platform for managing complex logistics of an event, and VIKIN’s fully-branded mobile app to get key information into the hands of attendees through intelligent features, all packaged in an easy to use, sleek experience.
Both companies are trusted suppliers to the Association of Independent Festivals (AIF), meaning that the entire solution is tailored to the specific needs of independent UK festivals, like Greenbelt Festival, who utilised the integration to great success for their festival in August 2025.
