VIKIN are an events app provider, making first-class apps for outdoor events, that are built to work with no mobile signal. Their apps are fully-featured, branded and offline-first and get brilliant reviews from event attendees!
Crescat 🤝 VIKIN
Crescat began working with VIKIN in 2025 to provide an integration for a shared client - Greenbelt Festival, but we already knew each other well as suppliers to the UK's Association of Independent Festivals.
Based on the amazing feedback we received from Greenbelt, Crescat and VIKIN decided to formalise the relationship with a strategic partnership that allow festivals to seamlessly connect their event production data directly with their offline-first VIKIN mobile app.
What are the possibilities?
The integration is quick and easy to set up and is flexible enough for the festival to specify the types of production data they want to push from their central source of truth in Crescat, to their attendee-facing mobile experience in VIKIN, including:
• Entire event schedules
• Artist profiles including photos, bios, video links
• Genre, event categories and other filters
• Venue details
• Other custom data
And most importantly, the festival retains the control of what goes live and when.

Setup is easy.
To get started, you just need a Crescat Festival licence and a VIKIN-powered app.
We will then handle the setup for you.

with a centralised production hub in Crescat and an attendee app in VIKIN.
We were delighted with the integration between Crescat and VIKIN, it allowed us to build our entire event schedule and store all our artist info in Crescat, with event updates pushed to our VIKIN-powered app, when we wanted. It was super easy to use and we’re already looking forward to doing it again this year.
