Scope of Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to the use of Crescat AS’s services, as outlined in the service agreement.
No Refunds
Given the nature of the services provided, Crescat AS does not offer refunds on any fees or charges related to the service, including partially used periods and bank/transaction fees.
Service Termination
- If the customer chooses to terminate the service agreement before the end of the agreed-upon term, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
- If Crescat AS terminates the agreement by giving three (3) months’ notice at any time, the customer will be reimbursed for the remaining months of the prepaid access to the Service.
Service Changes and Price Adjustments
If there are any changes in the service or price adjustments as per the service agreement, no refunds will be provided on the previously agreed prices.
Any price adjustments will be communicated to the customer as outlined in the service agreement, and continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the new prices.
Data Ownership
Upon termination, the customer retains the right of ownership of all data entrusted to Crescat AS for processing, as per the service agreement.
