The historic Egyptian Theatre is located in Downtown DeKalb, IL. Once one of over 100 Egyptian Theatres around the country, it is now 1 of only 7 remaining in the United States and the only one east of the Rocky Mountains. Named as one of the Top 20 Architectural Treasures in the State of Illinois and the 2022 recipient of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit of the Year award. Programming includes touring concerts, comedians, family shows, a wide variety of community groups, classic films, and private events.
