About this venue
Stage City is a 1,500-capacity events arena on Tithebarn Street in Preston city centre, occupying the building that previously traded as Riva Showbar until its closure at the end of 2024. It reopened under the Stage City name on 22 March 2025.
The venue hosts touring bands and singer-songwriters, stand-up comedy nights, DJ-led club sessions such as Bongo's Bingo, themed showcases, and corporate and private hire.
