The Arc is an arts venue, gallery and library in a Grade II listed building on Jewry Street in Winchester, run as a partnership between Hampshire Cultural Trust and Hampshire County Council. It was previously the Winchester Discovery Centre.
It programmes live music, comedy, family theatre, exhibitions, talks and classes, with the performance space and gallery known as City Space and The Gallery, and it houses Winchester Library. No hire capacity is published, so none is recorded here.
