About this venue
The Brindley is an award-winning theatre and arts centre in Runcorn, Cheshire, run by Halton Borough Council. Standing beside the Bridgewater Canal, it is named after the canal's engineer James Brindley and opened in autumn 2004. It has a main theatre and a studio, and programmes live music, drama, comedy, dance and film.
