Theatre Royal Winchester is a Grade II listed Edwardian theatre on Jewry Street, run by the charity Play to the Crowd, which also produces the Hat Fair. The auditorium seats up to 400 across stalls and circle.
Its programme runs drama, dance, opera, comedy, tribute concerts, National Theatre Live screenings and an annual pantomime, alongside a youth and community programme. A meeting room and an atrium are also hired out; no capacity is published for either on a first-party page, so neither is recorded as a space.
