Who’s on the Guest List? Let’s check Crescat!

Festivals, venues and event organisers are always managing guest lists, some limited, some very long. And here at Crescat, we've been busy behind the scenes adding lots of useful functionality to our Guest List feature to make it a whole lot easier for you to get control of your Guest Lists.

No more guest list headaches! Here's what's new:

• Manage Guests for your Festival Contacts & Companies: Easily create guest lists for your festival's specific contacts and companies and empower them with Public Guest List links, so that they can skip the data entry and have their guests fill out their details themselves.
• Global Festival List: Access, filter and search all of your Festival guests across every event and performance in one easy-to-use master list.
• Custom Fields: Add private or public custom fields to gather exactly the info you need about your guests.
• Skip the Phone and Email: If you don’t require phone numbers and/or email addresses from your guests, you can mark them as not required.
• Auto-approve: Allow for auto-approval of any guests added to your guest lists.
• Team Sharing: Share guest lists directly with your teams right inside Crescat, ensuring everyone has the access to the information they need to accredit guests on show night!
• Quick Check-ins: Our new Collection Mode makes getting people through the door super fast and accurate.
