Precise Control with Team Shift Access Tiers

Managing schedules across a large organisation naturally requires delegation and oversight. With a new, enhanced workflow, a parent organisation can now confidently delegate shift responsibilities to their team leaders by navigating to Shift Settings → Team Settings:

• Tailored Access Tiers: Easily assign admins of each team a specific level of responsibility for their team using four distinct options: No shift access, View shifts, Assign shifts, or Full management. Note: An admin seat is required to administer shifts.
• Scoped Team Workflows: Teams stay focused and scoped entirely to their own assigned shifts, allowing them to work independently and manage their own staffing changes smoothly.
• Centralised Oversight: While teams manage their day-to-day schedules, the parent organisation retains complete, high-level control over the overarching organisation-wide shifts.

Smarter Matching with Shift Suitability

Finding the perfect match for every role is key to a successful event. The updated workflow integrates clear visibility directly into your scheduling pipeline, allowing admins to map out capabilities from Shift Settings → Shift Suitability:

• Defined Suitability Levels: Easily categorise how well-suited team members are for specific shift types using four clear indicators: Preferred, Neutral, Unsuitable, or Unqualified.
• Guided Assignments: When navigating the assign or replace flow, schedulers are instantly guided by visual badges that light up next to each name.
• Streamlined Selection: Highly qualified, Preferred team members automatically rise to the top of the selection list, enabling schedulers to make fast, well-informed choices on the fly.
