New Feature: Tasks now available on all Crescat products

We are excited to announce a brand new feature across all of our products: Tasks! As a versatile, collaborative tool to help simplify production processes, it is natural that all of our customers get access to our new Tasks module, making it easy for you to get organized!

Create and assign tasks to groups, teams, and members within and beyond your events. Whether collaborating across multiple groups or managing internal tasks, the Tasks module ensures streamlined coordination for flawless execution.

With Tasks, you can:

  • Assign tasks to internal and external collaborators before, during and after events.
  • Coordinate tasks across teams, events, performances, other Crescat groups and more.
  • Organize and manage team-specific responsibilities effectively.
  • Organize your own personal tasks, in private or public areas of the system.
  • Create custom task fields to keep track of the details that matter to you and your organization.
  • Keep track of collaborative activity with task progress and comments.
  • Select notification preferences on an individual, team and organizational level.

Great, how do I get it?

We're rolling out Tasks to all existing customers. You will now find Tasks in your sidebar menu and as an option on your personal dashboard, within events, performances and festival sections. Should you have any questions or need assistance getting started, our support team is here to help.
