New Feature: Organize your schedule with the new Personal Dashboard

We are excited to roll out a brand new experience for all Crescat users - the upgraded Personal Dashboard. The Personal Dashboard gives you a snapshot of the most important things to you in Crescat.

The Personal Dashboard differs from the Group Dashboard and Festival Scheduler as it presents users with key information relating to them and not their organisation, upon logging in. This includes:

Your upcoming and past events and shifts
Any ongoing Shifts and Events
Your upcoming, overdue and completed tasks
Any invites to events
Any shifts available to you
Any shifts you have requested or have declined

This upgrade is designed to give Crescat users a clear overview and a welcoming experience to the system upon logging in, allowing users to navigate to the things that are most important to them, whether it be a shift, or an assigned task.

The Personal Dashboard also offers a smart and easy way to take routine actions in Crescat, such as checking in and out of shifts, accepting or declining invites and applying for available shifts.

As a Crescat user, you always have the option to select your default home page. So if you want to keep your Group Dashboard or Festival Scheduler as your default home page, that’s completely fine! You can always find your Personal Dashboard from the Affiliation Selector in the top left corner.

How do I change my default home page?

We’re glad you asked! Simply click your name in the top right corner and navigate to ‘User Settings’ where you will find ‘Display’ options under ‘Account’. Here you can set your default home page, along with changing your theme, sidebar and top bar colour.

The new Personal Dashboard is available to all Crescat users today, simply log in or create an account to get started!
