1703 Dunfermline

1703 occupies 29-35 Bruce Street in the centre of Dunfermline, in the premises that previously traded as Harlem. It runs two restaurants and three cocktail bars over the building, with a kitchen serving through the day and evening.

Live music is a substantial part of the operation rather than an occasional extra: the operator advertises a minimum of three performances a week and over 150 gigs a year, mixing local and touring acts. It is run by the same company as 1962 Livingston in West Lothian, and 1703's pages sit on that group site.
