Barbara's Bier Haus Brighton
Après-ski themed party bar on West Street, opened November 2025 on the former Walkabout site, with private hire and celebration packages.
About this venue
Barbara's Bier Haus Brighton is an après-ski themed party bar on West Street, close to the seafront. It is the fifth site in the NEOS Hospitality group's Barbara's Bier Haus brand, opened in November 2025 in the building that previously housed Walkabout.
The format is an immersive alpine party bar — bartenders in lederhosen, shots served on skis and snowboards, themed music and tall tower serves. It takes bookings for private hire, celebrations and hen and stag parties.
